Trust Index™ v5.0 evaluates privacy policy presence and quality using deterministic formulas. Deductions are applied for missing policies, vague language, unclear data usage, or limited user rights. All scoring logic is visible to free users. Raw evidence snapshots (now live for Pro) show the collected evidence behind each signal: a breakdown of detected policy attributes (GDPR mention, data sale disclosure, opt-out rights, etc.), a confidence score (0–100%), the collection date, methodology version, and a link to the source privacy policy.
How do risk monitoring alerts work?Show
On any tool's page, Pro members see a "Monitor" bell button. Clicking it subscribes you to that tool. When a nightly re-evaluation detects a score drop of 10 or more points, or a health status change (e.g. from 'good' to 'caution'), you receive an in-app alert. View and manage all alerts at /account/alerts. Alerts are in-app only — no email is sent.
